We have latitude to invest throughout the capital structure. We seek to invest in situations where we can add significant value beyond our capital – most often bringing valuable relationships or operational expertise to the table. Our Capital Partners are true partners as they extend their operational expertise to all investments on an as needed basis. We are focused on North America though we have invested internationally and are not bound by geographical restriction.
